Milda Zolubaitė

Nutritional Therapist, emotional and disordered eating specialist, near-linguistic programming (NLP) coach

I joined the “Healing Home” through Ingrida, as we met in London while studying nutritional therapy together. We had several years of working in our individual nutritional practices separately, yet I always admired and appreciated Ingrida’s tireless Vision to empower your healing and bring you only the best quality knowledge, so joining the “Healing Home” was a no-brainer for me.

I discovered nutritional therapy through more than 13 years of seeking my own healing from disordered eating, which started from innocent little diets and calorie counting in my teenage years to an overwhelming eating disorder. In my long recovery journey I tried psychotherapy, spiritual practices and mindfulness, however nutritional therapy was the missing piece that helped me reach full recovery. I have discovered the power of nutrition on my body and mind and it became clear that my purpose is to share my knowledge and experience with others, so that they too can feel “normal” around food again.

After graduating I worked as a bulimia and binge eating recovery coach with Ali Kerr, who wrote the books the “Bulimia Help Method” and the “Binge Code”. In addition, I also became a neuro linguistic programming (NLP) coach and Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) in London. I believe that we are all individuals, therefore I practice functional nutrition approach and am currently expanding my knowledge undertaking an MSc in Personalised Nutrition.

In my nutritional practice Nutrition Path (https://www.nutritionpath.co.uk/) I have helped hundreds of women (and men) overcome disordered eating patterns, emotional eating, eating disorders and manage weight naturally, so that they can stop living in a daily battle with food and their bodies and finally make peace with food.
